  • Absolutely. We work on items you bring in, as well as products we source in house.

    We’ve engraved thousands of customer-supplied pieces, and issues are rare, but because we don’t control the item’s material or history, customer provided items are engraved at your own risk. If a problem occurs, we’ll gladly redo the engraving, but we can’t replace your original item.

    When you choose from our in-stock inventory, your item is fully covered by us.

  • Yes, we have a wide selection of engravable items in stock. You’ll find tumblers, plaques, colorful acrylic sheets, wine glasses, champagne flutes, glass or acrylic awards, keychains and more. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, retirements, and other personalized gifts. You're always welcome to bring your own item, but we have plenty of beautiful options ready to customize.

  • Yes, we ship custom engraved items anywhere in the U.S. Local courier delivery is also available in the New Orleans area. We’ll work with you to find the fastest, most reliable option.

  • We happily do both! Whether it’s one custom wine glass for a retirement gift or 500 engraved tumblers for an event, we’ve got you covered. No minimum order required
